How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the app store you purchased from. On iPhone: open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Matheasy → Cancel Subscription. On Android: open Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → Matheasy → Cancel. Be sure to cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
How do I restore purchases?
Open Matheasy, go to Profile → Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe. Your Premium benefits will be re-activated automatically. If they don't appear, contact us at support@getmatheasy.com.
How do I delete my account?
You can permanently delete your account in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account → Confirm. Prefer email? Follow the steps on our Delete Account page or email support@getmatheasy.com with the subject "Delete My Account". Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Why is my scan not working?
A few quick things to check: make sure Matheasy has camera permission (device Settings → Matheasy → Camera), use good lighting, hold steady and frame one problem at a time, and keep the app updated to the latest version.
