Delete in the app
The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside Matheasy. Follow these steps:

Open Matheasy

Sign in to your account

Go to your Profile

Open Settings

Tap Delete Account

Confirm deletion
Prefer to delete by email?
If you can't access the app, send us a deletion request. Email the address below from the account you'd like to delete, using the subject line "Delete My Account". We'll process your request within 48 hours.

Deleting your account is permanent
Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be reversed. Please make sure before you confirm. When you delete your account:
- Your account information will be permanently removed.
- Your learning history and saved solutions may be deleted.
- Any subscription benefits associated with the account may be lost.
- This action cannot be reversed or recovered.
A note on subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription. To stop future charges, also cancel your subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. See our Support center for step-by-step help.
